Three-Axis Mills

Wherever equipment repair applications involve milling critical mounting surfaces, Climax has a precision machine that can be perfectly configured to fit. Our portable three-axis milling machine family starts with the PM2000 model that will mill an area 8 by 20 inches (203 by 508 mm) using manual or electric power, longitudinal feed, and manual or portable drill powered cross travel. Our largest, remotely controllable mill, the LM6000, features up to 144 inches (3658 mm) of x-axis travel and 36 inches (914 mm) of y-axis travel. There is plenty of spindle torque for fast metal removal and the capacity to mill in nearly any position.
